THE GYM

The 24HRGYM in Swindon was the first 24 hour gym in the country, and to this day still stands head and shoulders above the rest. Established in Swindon for over 30 years and in its present location over 15 years.

It boasts the finest selection of resistance equipment in the UK along with staff that are hard working with high standards, making this the gym of choice for all levels of fitness and goals.

Being results orientated we focus on training and nutrition. We have a fantastic training and nutrition programme, where members can earn themselves a place on our gym wall with an extra encouragement of a photo on our gallery wall to show their results.

We have a member’s relaxation area with free hot drinks available; snacks can be purchased from the vending machines before or after your workout. Towels are provided for training and when finished with can be left in the used towel basket ready for washing.

DJ’s play at the gym Monday – Friday between the hours of 6pm – 8pm.
